About the service
VoxFolio is a voice-driven career assistant that organises dictated work stories into a structured career database and generates tailored CVs. The service is currently in a pre-launch phase.
Account and eligibility
Using the service requires a Google account and that you meet the minimum age requirement of the relevant mobile platform (iOS / Android). One individual may hold one account and is responsible for the security of that account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Billing, refunds and cancellations take place through the platform's own interface, in accordance with the applicable store terms.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you dictate, upload, or generate. VoxFolio does not claim ownership of it. You grant us a limited licence to process this content via the designated AI partners solely in order to provide the service.
AI-generated content disclaimer
Text produced by AI (CVs, cover letters, pitches, extracted information) may contain errors, inaccuracies, or so-called 'hallucinations'. We recommend that you carefully review any generated material before using it for a real job application or any other formal purpose.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others, to harass other users, to reverse-engineer the application or our prompts, or for automated access that conflicts with these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is'; we do not currently offer a service-level agreement (SLA). This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable EU or Hungarian consumer protection law. The final liability framework will be clarified at launch.
Status of this document
These terms are a preliminary draft based on the current product vision. The legally binding final Terms of Service will be published by the official launch date (May 24, 2026). We will notify users of material changes in advance.
